Car Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Period & Documentation

• The renter must provide valid identification (Aadhar card, RC, PAN card, or a two-wheeler bike document as proof).
• The rental period begins at the agreed time and ends at the specified return time.

2. Vehicle Condition & Responsibility

• A video of the car will be recorded at the time of rental to document its condition.
• The renter is responsible for any new physical damage that is not captured in the initial video.

3. Speed Limit & Fines

• The speed limit is 95-100 km/h.
• Exceeding 100 km/h will result in a fine of ₹100 per screenshot received as proof.

4. Destination & Kilometers Policy

• Unlimited kilometers within the agreed destination.
• If the renter travels beyond the agreed destination, additional charges apply:
  • ₹12/km for 8-7 seater vehicles
  • ₹8/km for 5-seater vehicles

5. Cleanliness & Return Condition

• The car must be returned in the same clean condition as received.
• If not cleaned, a washing charge of ₹500 will be applied.

6. Alternative Contact & Emergency

• An alternative contact number must be provided.
• In case of emergencies, the renter must notify Elite Car Rentals immediately.

7. Non-Negotiable Terms

• All the above terms are non-negotiable.
• The renter must ensure the safety of personal belongings during the rental period.
